Jim & his wife Laura own Olive Escrows. I've used them for over 30 years. I prefer a smaller, privately owned escrow company where they know you and you don't need to give them a file # before they can talk to you. Michelle gives great service with the refi's but anybody will pitch in on anything you need. EZ parking right by the door really makes it convenient.\r
