The store is nice, the people are friendly and the workers are very quick. Unfortunately for them, the big window in the main store area allows for customers to watch their car being worked on. I watched my new tires being put on and my jaw dropped when I noticed they were using the air impact to tighten my lug nuts! This is crap we would do in high school auto shop when the teacher stepped out--and that was only on our own cars! I had to go home and torque all of the lugs to spec myself. Some lugs were around 80 lbs/ft and others at 130! I am actually glad I saw this so that I didn't end up damaging something later on. It really makes me wonder why I even went to these guys in the first place considering I ordered the new wheels and tires online from a separate retailer. Don't go to these guys, they're not just unprofessional--they're dangerous.
