I've been going there regularly for about a year, and I have to say that I have never had any problems with the owner. He's always kind and considerate to me, I've witnessed him appraise books without any hesitation, and he has taken the time to get to know my tastes to the point where he'll hold books for me so I can look at them. Thanks to him, I'm able to find obscure works (For instance, a treatise on the translation of geographical place names) that I really need for my line of work. I've called him, after hours, and he took time to check the whole store for books for me, and this was without recognizing my voice. From the first time I was in there in December to the last time I was there, on Monday, I've never had anything but wonderful experiences, and I've never seen him be anything but kind, professional, and wonderful to his customers. This says nothing of the selection of books in the store, which I also love. My degree is in Japanese lit, and I'm an aspiring translato
