Last week end while visiting my parents at their beach house on St. Simons Island my mother's rolex stopped running. Because I was planning a trip to Augusta to buy supplies for my small business I offered to take the watch to Windsor Jewelers where it had been serviced in the past.When I parked my Mercedes in the parking lot I had no idea what was in store for me inside. After waiting at the back counter for several minutes Leslie asked if I needed help. After she looked at the rolex and explained the service fee was $495.00 she stated she needed an appraisal value of the watch. She tried several times to page someone to come do the appraisal and finally talked to Cleve about it. He stated the watch had an after market bezel and because of that they might not service the watch. I was told Windsor would never put a diamond bezel on a stainless and gold watch.
