My dog (Pembroke Welsh Corgi) was a patient of this clinic for at least 10 years. I brought him in for all his shots & anything else necessary reguluarly. Through the years many tests were run on him for different ailments or for whatever reason at the time. The one thing they harped on was he being overweight. They had me buying a brand of diet dog food from them for awhile, but it didn't help so I discontinued it.\r Well one weekend he got very ill so I took him to the emergency vets office in North Charleston. One of the Vet Techs was walking my dog & I to a room were we would be seen shortly she said. She was looking at my dogs stomach & I said "Yea I know he's a bit overweight." She looked at me concerned & said, "No, that's not fat that fluid in his stomach from his kidneys."\r The vet checked him out & told me he has chronic renal failure, that I should take him to my regular vets office Monday. I did & they told me there was no hope for my dog. The best thing to do was have him e
