Review content:
I was disappointed with the lack of return calls from the doctors. Only one doctor returned our call, but she was not always on duty. I brought my dog there for medical care and I was always reminded to call if I had any questions. Unfortunately we were always told that the doctor would call back when we had a question, but never did. We had so many unanswered questions that we were forced to go some place else. It's sad to say but now I have lost my 11 month old puppy due to lack of communication.
PROS: A few of the techs and receptionists were very nice.
