We bought a new avenger in August 2010 and were not very happy about it from the very beginning. We only went with them because they were a couple thousand less. Our supposed salesman, couldn't be bothered to show us a car in the lot, as he was busy showing someone else, who did not have an appointment with him like we did, a more expensive model than we were trying to purchase. We wandered the lot ourselves, and then someone else, got the keys so we could test drive it. After we signed the paperwork for purchasing, they told us they can only find one key. We called for weeks, every time put through a voicemail and NEVER a return call was given. Finally we had to tell them to not put us through voicemail and find our key while we wait. We were told they can't find it and would need to bring the car in. This was 6 weeks after purchasing the car. No one looks you in the eyes and they push you off to someone else.
