We hired Nordstrom Heating & Air to install a new furnace and heat pump in our newly purchased log home. Coming from a standard built two story with gas heat to a log home with an open loft, high ceiling with expensive propane heat has been a learning experience for us. Jason thoroughly explained the benefits of a heat pump as well as great tips on how to purchase propane for the lowest $ per gallon. During the entire process Jason went above and beyond making sure that we were informed about how our new heating system worked, checking in with us to make sure everything was working correctly and researching heating for log homes. Let's just say that we have a challenging home to heat. Jason made sure we were happy with our purchase. He stands by his word. He has exceptional customer service skills. Yes, he had to make some adjustments after the install. He could have just told us this is the best you can get for heating a log home. He never took this approach. Jason's crew was efficien
