Wally Herman is a stand-up guy. I began dealing with his shop in 2001, and since that time have referred my father-in-law, my mother-in-law, and even one brother-in-law, all with outstanding results. Wally is first and foremost a family man, but his business acumen places him in such high regard that I consistently refer prospects to him without hesitation. This is a man who epitomizes the work ethic, honor, self-respect and respect for others which many small business owners are known for, as opposed to the large or mega-corporation, which plots and schemes to entrap customers, and then shifts any blame away from itself with corporate lawyers. But you will never experience anything like that at Herman's Auto Center. Wally is a no-nonsense guy who tells it like it is, as do all his team members.
