Animal Medical Center is now my Vet after being a client of Cool Animal Hospital for years. I quit going there after Dr Baily started there. I was turned away by her bedside manner. She has no compasion for pets. She euthanized my dog and it was the worst experience of my life. Not only was the receptionist rude and uncaring but the whole time we were in the office she was laughing loud and inapropiatly. After my pet passed the doctor listened to her heart and said "OK it's dead. I'm sorry". Horrible experience. Staff is very unfriendly.\r
I love Dr Kent and the technician that used to work there. They are gone now and I would imagine it was Dr Baily and the receptionist that ran them off.
