Review content:
It is logical that a jewelry store would keep their doors secure. The bell is very easily accessible and the associates are quick to respond. \r \r The exchange-only policy is clearly posted in the store and at the register, as dictated by state law. It is also communicated by associates at the point of sale. \r \r The owner resides in North Carolina and remains "out of town" from the Virginia location - however, he was on the phone when the customer was in the store and did hear the entire conversation. A sincere attempt to satisfy the customer was made the following day and was received with an agressive, threatening, and hostile response. \r \r Sometimes, customers are impossible to please. That does not change our number one priority: complete customer satisfaction.
