Was recomended by a AAA towing service to Gills....Towed to Gillsthe evening of Sunday 6/8/08. Called Monday 6/9/08 around 8 AMbecause we had not heard anything from the Gills. When we reach the service department we were uninformed about how long we may have to wait for the vehicle to be looked at. We were then told it wold be after lunch. When we called back at 2:30 PM they had not even looked at the vehicle yet. I know that sometimes when a garage is busy, its hard to determine the length of a repair. A good garage with a good service dept. will keep you informed on how long it will take to get the vehicle in and how long it might take. When we contacted Gills a few times, regarding the status of the vehicle, the receptionist was very unpleasant and very unhelpful.DO NOT USE THIS GARAGE!!
