My mother very recently bought a table and umbrella from the Palm Casual Store in Melbourne, US 1. (All the stores are owned by the same people) The table fell over in a stiff wind (no the umbrella was NOT up!) and cracked beyond repair. The manager of the store told us they do not guarantee their product against the elements (these are made to go outside, right?) and refused any kind of compensation whatsoever. If you get what you pay for: SPEND MORE! An inferior product and inferior service. Basically, an inferior store. Buyer Beware!
