I RECENTLY BROUGHT A 14K GOLD BRAIDED NECKLACE INTO WARREN JEWELERS FOR A CLASP REPAIR....THAT WAS MY FIRST MISTAKE. AFTER GOING TO PICK IT UP, I WAS SHOWN AND TOLD THAT THE NECKLACE HAD BEEN CUT IN HALF!!!! YES, CUT IN HALF! THEY CLAIMED SOMEONE READ THE WORK ORDER WRONG, AND THAT IS HOW IT HAPPENED. THEY INITIALLY OFFERED TO REPLACE IT WITH A NEW "LIKE" NECKLACE. BUT AFTER CALLING THEM TO ARRANGE THIS, THE GM "DON" SAID HE WOULD NOT DO THIS. HE CLAIMED THEY HAD REPAIRED IT. WHEN ASKED IF THE REPAIR WAS NOTICEABLE, HE SAID "YES"! HE ACTUALLY HAD THE NERVE TO CHANGE THE DEAL, AND SUGGEST WE SHOULD BE HAPPY THAT THEY "FIXED" IT! PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR, AND SKIP WARREN JEWELERS WHEN BUYING OR HAVING A PIECE OF JEWELRY REPAIRED!!! I WOULD NOT RECCOMEND THIS PLACE TO MY WORST ENEMY!!!
