We used PMI for two years as our pest management solution. We bought a house that was vacant for over a year due to foreclosure which meant spiders had made it their new home. PMI would come out and treat the perimeter of the house yet they still would be in the house and everywhere in the yard. Last year we had the termite system but in for over $700.00 and were told it was a one time fee and not the $300.00+ annual fee! The final issue that caused us to leave was when both our service men told us that they offered a discount due to our place of employment and our bill would be adjusted, however they never were. We called PMI several times and were transferred to a voicemail which was left and never returned, the final time we called about it we were told they did not offer it. We have since switched companies and after one treatment we no longer have spiders at every step.
