Have belonged to the Banfield Wellness Group for over 13 years, and every month i have $60 pulled from my account for my 2 dogs.\r

While their prices for suppled (heartgard) was over twice what I could by on the internet, Dr. Morrison was nice enough to match the price.\r
\r
Then Banfield changed to their own called "WORM SHIELD" so they no longer would match prices and it was about 2.5 times more than Heart Guard onthe internet. I asked if they would write a prescription so I could continue Heart Guard, as I couldn't afford the cost of their new product.\r

They said sure, but at a cost of $32.00 every 6 months as a "processing fee" Who are they kidding, that's just gouging, and obviously don't care about the animal. I can understand charging a fee to someone who just comes in off the street and has 1 visit, but after 13 years???\r

At that point, I have decided that when the plan expires in February, I'm finding a new vet. Someone who cares about the dogs and cares about the cu
