Businiess name:  Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Review content:
We book the reservation knowing that Enterprise is a fine company nationally known. First thing first, the actual car place is off site. So, if you're in a hurry make sure to add time in for the extra shuttle to get to where the cars are. \r After getting bussed 5 minutes to the location where the cars are located the guy berates me about the fuel option and the insurance. I'm in sales and I know they make money on the fuel and insurance, but after the 4th "no" on the fuel and the 5th "no" on the insurance it was a bit ridiculous. It was to the point that he wouldn't take no for an answer and I had to raise my voice to him.\r Finally we are on our way in a car that has HAND CRANK WINDOWS... oh well. We walk around the car and he tells me to look for golf ball size dents. There were none and so we were on our way. \r We get back to drop off the car after a long weekend, they point out a dent. I told her the guy told me not to worry about it because it was smaller than a golf ball.
