I moved into a new home. The flat, tar roof on the enclosed porch had a profuse leak whenever it rained heavily. The young man was quite diligent...there all day, but it still leaked a month later. Had another guy take a look at it. He said they didn't do it right because it was all cracked a month and a half later. Plus tar hadn't dried a month later either (it was June so maybe because of the heat). He told me he'd come back if I still had a problem but why would I call him if he didn't do it correctly the first time? Maybe they're better on shingled roofs.\r
Nice guy. Not so hot job.
