I have taken my dog to this groomer for years and they have always done a good job with the exception of my last trip there. I picked my dog up after her "day at the spa" and she had a huge gash on her flank, then had to be taken to the vet, anesthetized, debrided, and ended up with staples. It healed up fine but not without an incredible vet bill that was unnecessary had the groomer done their job properly. The worst part is she wouldn't reimburse me for the vet bill...you can bet I won't be going back there again.
