Review content:
Recently I went into Ukiah's Rite Aid to purchase an "Over The Counter" ointment that I use regularly. I was told by a Pharmacy assistant as well as the Rite Aid Pharmacist that this ointment was a prescription ointment only.I was literally reprimanded for telling them that I purchase this ointment "Over The Counter" on a regular basis at another drug store in town. I was told... "Well we're not (name of other drugstore omitted)!" They were right about that!On my way out of the store I spotted the ointment the Rite Aid Pharmacist and assistant had just told me sternly that this ointment was a prescription ointment only.In closing, how could I ever trust the judgement of the Rite Aid Pharmacy staff for a "REAL PRESCRIPTION" if they can't even give me the correct information about a simple "Over The Counter" ointment that is advertised on T.V. all of the time?!?!Beware of the Ukiah Rite Aid Pharmacy.
