I had a pug spayed over a year ago. i was new to the area and selected VCA as it appeared professional. I was charged over\r
500.00 dollars for her uncomplicated surgery. I felt as if we were\r
in a factory. I have since used another vet who is kind and\r
caring. I would never select VCA unless there was no other vet within 100 miles. I expect to pay for experienced and quality care.\r
Vets are well educated and work hard. But I was incredulous that\r
they were so expensive and basically detached. I get better attention when I have my car serviced. They are probably competent\r
but I would not recommend them for personal care.
