I am a rather "extreme" exerciser, and my main requirement is that the gym would allow me to keep in the great shape I am in. For people like me this is a very good facility. The machines are working - not best conditions but close enough. Many of them are rather old - and this is GREAT, because most of the new machines I use in "better" gyms are fancy but not less useful for people who are really into keeping in shape, not just to passing time and telling their doctor that sure, they exercise. I was actually looking for those machines. And usually I can use the machines I was planning to use - there are enough of them. No need to pre - sign and no time limits. There are many other things offered that I don't use but others do and seem enjoy: classes, swimming pool, water exercise, spinning. And although I myself aspire to high level of fitness, and even in gyms where the population is young and ambitious I don't feel humbled, I actually like it that the crowd is diverse in age and lev
