Just left Pampered Birds with my Green-Cheeked Conure, Pinot who was having his spa treatment (very spoiled). In my next life, when I return as a parrot, I want to end up for adoption at Pampered Birds. Lourdes, Rudy and staff are extremely discerning and careful about prospective adoptive owners and so incredibly respectful of each bird's needs and personal space. I just read two identical negative reviews below about an Amazon crawling up a customers arm and which allegedly ended in the customer(s) being yelled at. There is a barrier around the area where these larger birds are, making it very difficult to get at this Amazon. This person (or identical twin people who wrote reviews) either walked into sacred barricaded space or had EXTREMELY long arms. Knowing Rudy and Lourdes as I do, I'm sure any words coming from them were protective ones with the bird's best interest in mind.\r
