Ryan Barry is the most "wishy washy" attorney I have ever known. He "appears" to be the nicest man ever as does his staff. After he gets the retainer and has you sign off the retainer agreement, he REUSES to provide you with a copy for your files. He fails to return phone calls, his emails consists of literally one word responses ie: "no". \r
He lied to me twice saying that my mother no longer wanted me as her Power of Attorney. I believed him, gave him her files and her checkbook. His secretary, Stephanie, had my incompetent mother pre-sign (4) BLANK checks, and then she never balances the checkbook nor did she pay a past due bill! I bugged him and asked my mom and she insisted I WAS HER POA. I went to his office and he gave me back the file and checkbook which proved he LIED. I was unable to lift the files due to a surgery, so he FINALLY asked if he could carry them, to which I allowed him to.
