Review content:
We called Pearsons to have them come fix our furnace as we woke up to a house of 60 degrees. We we decided to wait 45 minutes till 8 am when they opened so we did not have to pay for emergency charges. The cust. service girl took all my info. and said we would receive a call shortly after 8 am, which never came. We called Gilley's heating and air and they were at our house in less than 30 minutes and had a great experience with them.
