Having been a customer for several years, we have found the staff to be well trained and helpful whenever you need an issue taken care of.
The knowledgable staff answers our questions honestly. To us, the most important things in an insurance agent are honesty, availability, response, friendliness and of course price. I am sure that we are not getting the lowest rates, but when you NEED an agent, how good is that website price?
