I began service the beginning of June 2008 for child care for my nine year old son. On June 24th I picked up my son and was told that he swore and made a huge scene on a field trip to Build a bear workshop. I called Build a bear workshop and discovered that nothing of the sort happened. When I confront the owner Bob I was met with opposition and threatening behavior, he yelled at me and threatened to call the police when I had him listen to the voicemail from the employees at Build a Bear who reirrated that nothing even close to what the staff at Childrens Corner had described happened. Not only that I let the center know my son was being hit by other children, not only did they not care but acted like i was lying. I stated he had been biten on the back and kicked, the next morning,they said the child admitted to biting my son and their punishment was timeout. I was told there was a zero tolerance policy for violence, guess it just depends on what kid it happens to. The day before his
