I lived at St Michaels, currently Monarch Crossing, for a year 2006-2007and was very disappointed with this complex. I lived in the front of the complex. Several times throughout the year I had placed maintenance calls to the office and the repairs would not be completed. If they did come into my apartment to make the repair, a mess was always left. I had the upstairs apartment leak through to my ceiling on two different occasions, which according to their recording is an emergency. It took several hours for someone to come to my apartment and when they did, they cut a hole in the ceiling and then left the hole for 2 months before deciding to patch it. I had left several requests in that two months for the hole to be covered and nothing ever happened. Additionally, people from the apartment complex behind my apartment would jump the fence and steal items from the patios. Beer cans and bottles were always on the ground by the fenced area.
