Nice staff and equipment on the front end.
The negative sales pitch came upon returning.
While biking I did a 1/2 foot hop at ~ 10mph onto a higher area.
I got a flat in my rear tire. While changing the tire I noticed
there were small sharp ~ hairs. I don't know that they were prickly pear cactus "hairs", but they were something like that.
They were the source of the leak, having caused a small puncture and slow leak after my small hop.
After returning to Poison Spider I shared what had happened They put the bike on the stand and then purported to show that the rim was bent; allegedly related to my flat. I told them it was a small hop and that the flat was due to the ~ hairs; I told them I was not interested in a shake-down. Even this was not enough.
It was only when I went to dig the disposed tube out of the dumpster, to prove my claim, did they agree not to charge me.
If you face a shake-down scenario contact the AG &/or BBB office in Utah.
