Price: Poor\r It seems cheap until you start to realize all the little "fees" that accompany living here..\r Spending close to $1200 for a two bedroom where you pay a $500 deposit, where $250 of that is non-refundable. If you have pets you are required to throw down another $500 deposit and $250 of that is non-refundable. Pretty lame... I've lived in apartments across the country and have never had to pay a non-refundable fee just to move in - instead they would examine the condition of the apartment at the end of the lease and give you a refund based on merit and condition left. Here you are automatically dinged $500 just to move in and live in the place.. Competing complexes located in the same area are far more competitive in pricing and have far more reasonable deposits accompanied with rent.\r The rent seems cheap until you realize that utilities aren't included in the rent. The trash removal fee is about $14 dollars, the combination of gas/electric/water/sewer/trash comes out to be
