Review content:
I have amended my original review somewhat. Barely satisfactory would be a good category. Lighting by Gregory's customer service needs considerable improvement. There are a couple things to keep in mind:\r 1.) LBG does not stock most of what they sell. Some online vendors do carry stock, but many do not, so this is not that unusual. However, if you really want to know if and when something is going to be shipped, it is best to ask the vendor if they actually stock the item or ship the item from their own warehouse(s) and, if not, check with the manufacturer to see if the item is still available and if it is in stock at the manufacturer. Some vendors are very evasive about this, so you really have to pin them down on this issue. I have to say that LBG was upfront when I asked them about the source of the items on my order.\r 2.) LBG customer service is very rude, have poor communication skills and could be more efficient. Being "transferred to David" at extension 232 is as good
