I'm not sure what happened, but service has gone DOWN HILL! I took my pet in for routine bloodwork and was told it takes up to 48 hours to get the results back. I never heard from the doctor and had to call and leave multiple messages for the doctor who in turn never called me back. I was told by a receptionist that they were unable to find my chart and labs. I went to another vet 3 weeks later and asked if they were able to access my results from another clinic. Big shocker, the new vet got them RIGHT away! I FINALLY had my results given to me in another animal hospital by another doctor in that appointment. I heard Dr. K was good with routine care, but was NOT recommended for emergency type visits. Seems like the receptionists always have an excuse for why Dr. K can't come to the phone or return phone calls.
