Russell Robinson is a criminal attorney and represented my husband in a dissolution case. I strongly advise anyone who is considering hiring this attorney to go elsewhere. I have already filed a complaint with the State Bar because this attorney obtained an unathorized copy of a non-client's credit without their permission or written authorization. Mr. Robinson believes he is above the law and feels entitled to other people's financial information that is not his to have. Mr. Robinson plays by his own set of rules when he expected his client, opposing counsel and the judge to make special allowances for his tardiness. He had difficulty showing up for court appearances and expected opposing counsel to cover for his absences. This attorney is not a team player and was shown to work poorly with other attorney's when it came time to compromise and negotiate fair and reasonable offers.
