my personal vehicle was stolen and my insurance co referred me to this rental place - my ins. co placed the order for my rental earlier in the afternoon so prior to my arrival all would be taken care of - i should jave rec a courtesy call from eterprise before i arrived to confirm everthing and i never did. Whe i arrived there was only one person there helping 3 clients before me - when it was finally my turn - i was asked for a credit card - i told them i do not have credit cards - my ins was paying for the entire rental (as they have an acct with you and sent me here) I was told by the one person there that i ahd to wait for her manager to get there. 15 minutes later her arrived only to tell me the same thing and that i should have been told that before i came - i told him that nonone from enterpise bother to call me to confirm within the 5 hours that they were given to contact me prior to me arriving - he said oh that probably because we are shorthanded today because another office
