Ive gone to Ronnies for the last 22 years, all of my family and all of our friends have all been BIG Ronnie fans. He always took us without appointment, drove us home if needed but that all changed. I brought my new car into Ronnies for an oil change, was told I had a transmition leak that was BAD!!! I told Ronnie that I was taking the car home and I'll call him (we didn't have the $ to fix it) \r

After taking it to the dealer they told us there was NO leak and that the car was fine. I told the dealer I wanted that in writing and my husband wanted to view the vehichle on the lift. No leak was found.\r

Took car to THIRD mechanic who also backs the dealer NO leak. I called Ronnie to explain to him the situation, thought at the very least his mechanic was shady and going to cost him business. Ronnie stood by his mechanic so with respect to him I sought out a forth opinion and got the same response. No leak! \r
