I read a lot of things about Dr. Clements, but I am quite fond of him and the attention he gives to my pets. I've been going to the Palmyra Animal Clinic since I first moved there back in 2010. Having cats that have somewhat special needs, on occasion (sp), I have made many trips. After a not-so-good experience with one doctor, I now only see Kaufmann (sp) or Clements, unless it's an emergency (then I see first available, obviously). \r

The staff are very friendly. I love that the website has an option to schedule appointments and ask questions. They respond the next morning when they come in. For a lifestyle where I always have access to email, but not a phone, it's convenient. \r

I don't remember ever having a bad experience there. They have three locations. I recently moved and now see Dr. Clements at the location by my house.
