Review content:
This business used to be great. Rented from them on numerous occasions. Until they got a new store manager, Shelly Ann. Late with one payment due to an online payment issue and 1.5 months from pay off they came and picked up. Why? Because the new store manager has no concept of keeping her personal feelings out of the business. Go somewhere else or even when you pay on time you'll get 6-10 phone calls at work, home or any other number you gave... and these aren't calls because you are a late... they are in her words "reminders". They start from 9AM on your due date until its paid. Not worth it for the harassment. I should also mention I did business with them for over two years doing short term rentals as well as long term. Will never recommend them to anyone else again.
