Diamond Dental was not the experience I expected. I went there for a simple exam,cleaning,and X-ray covered by my insurance. Instead of welcoming me as a new patient and saying come on in, what can we do for you today as a person and new patient, they said we cannot verify your insurance. I had already signed a consent form which to me means that I would pay any expenses that insurance would not cover. They advertise by the way a $39 special for exam,cleaning,and x-rays which I would be more than happy to pay for if my insurance would not cover. My understanding is that they wanted to verify my exact coverage with the insurance company which in my eyes tells me, they want to see how much they can bill the insurance company for and get away with. . Instead of caring first and foremost about the patient as a person, they look at you as the means to pay for their big pretty office!
