It was during the flood of 2010 and I called everyone for help...the company that had installed a $7,000 drain system whose pump had failed, the contractors who had fixed my roof, my son's contractor, Home Depot...NOT ONE OF THEM answered their phone. \r
As I bailed out my basement with wet-dry vacs and a cookie tin, stopping only to dial the phone and listen on the speaker, I finally remembered that I had called Roto Rooter years before and got their number from directory assistance.\r
When the woman answered she said, "How can I give you excellent service, today?" I laughed and said, "Well if you CAN, it will be a first...I've had NO help at all and I'm a 65 year old woman doing it all alone!"\r
