Initially, my husband and I toured the center and planned to send our son there. Three weeks before he was scheduled to begin, my husband called the director to let her know we wanted to come in and meet his teacher (let's call her "Barb" to remain anonymous. She was on vacation when we initially toured the facility). She said for us to come the week before he began to get acquainted with his teacher and drop off his things. Two weeks before, I called the director to make an appointment with her to go over the paper work, get key systems and finally meet his teacher, "Barb". She scheduled an appointment the following week. When we showed up the following week at our scheduled time, the director wasn't there! The assistant director had no idea we were coming. We told her we wanted to meet his teacher and she said that "Barb" left the center a month prior! We were so confused why the director didn't tell us on the previous two phone calls that "Barb" left and we'd be meeting a different
