Review content:
We hired Ben Plumbing to fix a water pressure problem in our house. We were told that it was due to a leak in the line from the main to the house. We were told that he could hire someone to find the leak if possible or put in a new line. The first sign of trouble was their attempt to find the shut off valve. After digging up our driveway and not finding it, they back filled the hole and left. They did not have the proper equipment to find the buried valve. When we had a man with a metal detector come out and find it, a new hole was dug and the water successfully shut off. It was decided that since the main ran through our back yard from the well, that we would tap into the main since it was such a short distance. They originally said that they would not tear up our back yard. Instead they dug a 7 ft deep trench across our yard but again could not find the main line. After pulling out their back hoe which fell into the trench they decided to back fill the trench leaving a mound of dirt
