I ordered two benches from their catalog and paid for them beforehand. The son of the business called me to tell me they were in. I told him I had changed my mind and that right now I can't afford them. He told me I would only receive half of my money back now to pay for their restocking fee. I have bought several furniture items from Expressions and have liked all these items. This situation has opened my eyes and I am hopefully opening your eyes that you always need to read the fine print.....compared to other furniture stores that I looked into afterwards....they have the highest restock price of anyone. \r

Saturday is here and I have just come home with two items of furniture, since I would have had to pay half of the full purchase price no matter what....I might as well have something to show for it. Neighborly is not a word this business knows ....it is all about the almighty dollar. Carol
