Carol?s items were SPECIALLY ORDERED FOR HER and shipped to our store, and she was well aware of the cancellation fee at the time of purchase as it is clearly stated on the wall above the register and all receipts, not to mention-this was not the first time she bought from our store. There was nothing wrong with the item and no mistake was made by our store, we quote, the customer ?changed her mind.? If an item is cancelled, the shipping costs to and from our store, plus the vendor?s restocking fee can be high. Some businesses build these fees into the price of the item, but in order to keep our prices low, we choose not to.
