Terrible, terrible experience. We had rats in the attic and they said they could get rid of them. They put cheap traps you can buy at the hardware store for $1.99 up in the attic and put little mesh wire over our vents. Then they show up every other day to check your traps, but don't tell you when they are coming. Sometimes they wouldn't show up for a week at a time and no one would call us back. The rats kept eating the bait off of their traps, but the traps weren't going off. They told us that sometimes they get a "bad batch" of traps and would send a supervisor to check it out. Never happened. One technician even suggested that we were taking the bait off the traps ourself. Really? I have two small children and was anxious to get the rats out of the attic. My husband and I just finally started buying better traps, catching the rats and disposing of them ourselves. Truly Nolen is also very expensive and ultimately told us they can't always get rid of the rats. Not what they told us i
