I went to VCA Old Canal for the first time the other week. I called the office because I wanted to bring my dog in to have a check up. Since I was a new client, they told me that I could print out a free first exam coupon, which the girl who I spoke with would waive the first exam which is $61. Since I didn't have a lot of money, I thought that was great. So, when I brought my dog in, the front desk staff welcomed me as I walked in and were very helpful. The vet who helped my pet was Dr. Troy Hexter. He looked over my dog and come to find, my pet had an ear infection. Dr. Hexter took time to answer all the questions I had. I would recommend VCA Old Canal and I would recommend Dr. Hexter.
