Review content:
I brought my cats to this clinic for about a year because I liked the one particular vet that was working with them. (I understand this particular vet is no longer there.) This is a large practice with several vets. It is always busy and whenever I went it was extremely loud with lots of dogs barking. It was also very chaotic and I often had to wait 30 minutes or more to go into the examining room.
I thought the practice was very insensitive. For example, when my cat died at home (very traumatic for me), I called the practice the next morning to arrange to bring in the cat's body. When I got there, there were several people there, and I could not get anyone's attention. I had to stand there waiting with my deceased cat's body in a box. I almost passed out from being stressed and upset and no one was noticing me.
