We are clients at Ideal Dental and we all like it! The dentist is great with the kids!
I was able to go back with the children until we all felt comfortable... now the kids kiss me goodbye and run to climb up in the dentist chair.
The longest we've waited in the reception area is about 15 minutes.. At our previous dentist we had waited sometimes three hours before our name was called! I decided it was time to look else-where!
The office staff is very friendly and knows us by name. There's lots of joking and laughing too, which helps the patients relax and enjoy their visit.
PROS: neat, clean, newer office. Friendly staff, patient doctors!!
