Review content:
All other Horton and Converse locations I have used displayed excellent service, always going above and beyond the call of duty for customers/patients. This location, however, on W 3rd, has left much to be desired. Though the people working in front are curteous and kind, the technicians are consistently rude and remarkably unhelpful, with no apparent concern for the effect their treatment has on people who are ill and depending on them to do their jobs quickly, efficiently, and hopefully with kindness. After giving them quite a few chances - everyone has off days - I will not return to that store, and neither will many of my cowrokers who have, unfortunately, had similar experiences. I certainly hope they realize the importance of efficiency and kindness in the medical field and improve the quality of their service, so that the clientele, as well as their other locations, do not suffer.
