after reading some of the reviews i was kind of scared to take my cat here but to many people said they were good and they were right..i got calls every day from them with updates and they tried their best to explain to me what they found so i would understand it..people at the front desk were ok and helpfull..i had doctor lyons and even if my cat was scared he took the time to handle him with care and not just grab him to keep him still..even if my cat was very ready to leave there after 3 days he got the best care while there..and a person sat with me and went over each thing i needed to do when i got him home..i thank them and "tard" thanks them..
