I have brought both my dogs here for 6 years. They have always been helpful. They have walk-in service for emergencies. When either of my dogs has been ill, they have paid close attention to the symptoms and always diagnosed properly/accordingly/quickly. They always ask before doing anything to my dog, and tell me beforehand how much it will cost. The office is clean and staff friendly. Their kennel service does not feel as clean or happy, but my dogs rush excitedly to the door. When one of my dogs fell ill in their kennel, they immediately brought him up to the hospital for monitoring. I can't say that the employees are all animal lovers-they have quite a number of docs and a large staff- but that's necessary due to the many hours the doctors and staff must put in keeping a business open and running 24-7.
